    * * HIGH PRIORITY: iPad JAMF Migration * *

    We need all iPads to be migrated to the new Mobile Device Management Tool ASAP. If you have not already done so, please contact ExamOne Field Support @ 800-371-2907, option 1 PRIOR to 12/20/2024 to get this completed. Once your iPad has been migrated you will see a black and white "JAMF" logo located in the bottom left corner of the home page.

    eDocuments Status Not Updating

    We've received reports recently of Part 2's being completed on the iPad, but the status not updating in the eDocuments screen for the order on the iPad. This is a failure of the status line to update correctly and has been reported to the application team. The Part 2 is in fact completed and should receive an error, 'Cannot update data for Completed case', when trying to open the Part 2, or Physical Measurements, screen again. You can also verify that the document is completed by using the Part 2 Search function in the Examiners app. After entering the Company/GlobalID the eDoc will pull up and in the bottom right corner, next to 'Next >>>', will display 'Read Only'. This is an indicator that the eDoc is completed and released to upload into the Portal, no further action should be needed.

    *** UPDATE: iPadOS v18 and Bluetooth Keyboard Issue

    *** Please be aware that this issue should now be resolved with iPadOS 18.2. Controls to prevent updating have been removed and those currently experiencing the issue on older versions of 18 are encouraged to update to 18.2.
    After updating to iOS v18 or higher, an issue when using a Bluetooth attached keyboard with the Examiners App was discovered that when a user taps into a field on the Part II to enter information, the Examiners App minimizes and logs the user out of the App. Currently the only workaround for this is to turn off the Bluetooth keyboard and use the onscreen keyboard to complete the exam.
