An issue reported for iPads that have upgraded beyond iOS v17.3.1 is that the barcode reader will not auto-capture the barcode when it is placed in front of the camera. We will be monitoring iOS updates that are released to correct this issue and notify when it is corrected. There is currently no fix for iPads already on v17.4.1 but to manually key in the barcode.
