Please be aware that a new version of the Examiners App, v6.1.0, will be released on Sunday, 12/7/2025 @ 6:00PM CST. In cases where the lab slip HIV signature page comes up with only the signature and is missing the Notice and Consent verbiage, rotate the iPad 90 degrees for the screen to refresh and for the verbiage to appear. This is a temporary fix until we can identify the underlying reason this is occurring.
