Part II Missing the Next and Back Buttons ***UPDATE***

In reported issues where the "Next" and "Back" buttons disappear while completing an Equitable, Pacific LIfe or Prudential Part II.

The buttons are actually there, just not visible. You can try these methods to get around the missing button issue and get you through the Part II:
    1) Rotate the iPad from Portrait to Landscape or vice-versa.
    2) Press the Home button on the front of the iPad, then tap the Examiners App icon again.
    3) Tap the area where the Next button should be and it will take you to the next page.

These are not ideal, but pretty much all we have at the moment to get around this issue.

***UPDATE*** A new version of the Examiners app is being released on Nov. 16th that should address the above issue and provide a more reliable experience complete the Part 2. Please ensure that your iPad is charged and left on that day to ensure the new version, 6.0.94, is successfully installed on the 16th. A couple items of Note:
    1) On the first Paramed that you launch, it will prompt for your credentials again, just enter the same as you used to get into the Examiners App
    2) Once Part II is completed, there is an "X" in the top left corner to go back to the Examiners App.

Lab Slip Missing HIV Consent Verbiage

In cases where the lab slip HIV signature page comes up with only the signature and is missing the Notice and Consent verbiage, rotate the iPad 90 degrees for the screen to refresh and for the verbiage to appear. This is a temporary fix until we can identify the underlying reason this is occurring.
